The wonders of diesel

Lazy man at work again: As I still have lots of spare diesel around, I decided to clean the bobber. This is the second time around for the bobber so it took less time than before and I didn't even need to use my fingers. Just squirt diesel, watch the grime come off and in about 2 minutes flush it (Yes, do. Grime comes off faster) with water.

  1. hi ...i thoroughly enjoy reading your articles.
i have just acquired the same bike and am eager to ask this particular question.
    due to the hard tail,
is it normal to have the whole bike shudder going over speed breakers and gravel interlockings?
somehow even the front end feels rigid.
chain slap is also an annoying standout.
otherwise the abuse in the spine is pretty much minimal as I've had choppers with lowered dead shocks before.
I'm eager on getting some advice from one who's as informative and seasoned as yourself.
    thank you so much
